The main focus of Industry and Market Department (IMD) of INIC is to encourage Iranian industries to improve their products and processes with utilization of nanotechnology. Accordingly, the IMD aims at familiarizing industries with various applications of nanotechnology and enhancing the university-industry link in order to pave the way for an accelerated transfer of technology from research hubs and technology based companies to industry. To achieve these goals, a number of plans have been designed.
