The super hard & lubricant PVD coating machine includes an “ion platting deposition system” The machine consists of main parts: a vacuum chamber and its internal parts(carousel, shutter, substrate heaters and etc.), vacuum pumps, and other instruments related to vacuum system, evaporation, and deposition system include cathodes and the power supplies, software and main PLC control system.

All parts of the machine are designed and manufactured by GEM Nanocoating Co. according to more than 20 years of practical experience in nanostructure super hard coating service applied to many different industrial parts. The design of all parts is in such a way that makes the machine able to deposit every kind of nano-structure coating such as a crystalline, nano-gradient, nano-layer, nano-composite in regular properties as the internationally defined structure, compound, and properties.
