Dr. Mohsen Jahanshahi, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Water and Environmental Nanotechnology (JWENT), announced that to mark the 10th anniversary of the journal, a special issue for 2026 will be published under the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Nanotechnology in Water and Environmental Applications.”

Dr. Afshin Ramzi, Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the International Nanotechnology Olympiad , announced that Iran will host the first edition of the International Nanotechnology Olympiad dedicated to students aged 16 to 19. This prestigious scientific event builds on the experience of organizing 16 consecutive national nanotechnology olympiads in Iran and will be held virtually.
