This event was held in order to promote nanotechnology-related topics among university and school students as well as industrial activists.
The second Nano Talk event was held on January 25, 2023 at Al-Zahra University. Nine speakers from various scientific back-grounds gave short speeches on nanotechnology. These speakers and the topics include:

- Ms. Maryam Kamali, PhD candidate for Materials Engineering, University of Yazd
- Ms. Zahra Moridi, PhD in Polymer Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology
- Ms. Kimia Esmailzadeh, M.Sc. in Medical Nanotechnology, Zanjan University of Medical Science
- Ms. Fatemeh Rousta, M.Sc. in Food Industry Engineering, Jahrom University
- Ms. Fatemeh Shams, M.Sc. student of Tissue engineering, Tarbiat Modares University
- Mr. Ali Jalali, M.Sc. student in Materials Engineering, University of Tehran
- Mr. Mahyar Sahabi, M.Sc. of Polymer Engineering, University of Isfahan
- Mr. Mehdi Kazemirad, Bachelor of Polymer Engineering, University of Tehran
After delivering the speeches and summarizing the comments made by judges, the top three speakers were introduced and appreciated.
