A memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation between the National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia and Iran's Nanotechnology Innovation Council (INIC)was signed based on common and bilateral resources in order to cooperate in the development of Nano science and technology in various fields and applications.
Fields of cooperation between the parties are nanomedicine, water, agriculture, polymer materials and composites, coating, nanofibers, quantum and optical devices, energy, environment, mining, and metallurgy.
This cooperation will be in various forms including training, capacity building, promotion of academic and industrial research, technology exchange, and investment.
