Valian provided an overview of the company’s background: "We launched our operations in 2014 with an initial investment of 500 billion rials (approx. $10 million) and a workforce of nearly 20 employees. Since then, we have successfully developed plastic products enhanced with nanotechnology."

He highlighted the company’s expanding international presence, saying, "Our products have been exported to several countries, including Armenia, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Germany, Turkey, and Uzbekistan."

The company specializes in end-to-end production of high-tech, knowledge-based products, handling everything from nanomaterial granule production to the final product, all within domestic facilities.

Valian elaborated on the company's production capacity, stating, "Currently, our annual production capacity has reached 1,000 tons, with the potential to increase by an additional 300 tons. Furthermore, our nanotechnology-enhanced bags are more cost-effective than conventional plastic bags, making them an economically viable alternative."

He also outlined the unique features of their nanotechnology-based plastic bags, including:

  • Biodegradable within five years
  • Antibacterial smart packaging
  • Storage-friendly bags for agricultural and food products
  • Heat- and stretch-resistant plastic bags
Valian emphasized the company’s commitment to meeting global standards, stating: "We have obtained the Nano-Scale Certification, the Aras Free Zone Green Label, multiple ISO certifications, and the CE Marking for the European market. These certifications have been essential for our export strategy."

He also highlighted the benefits of nanotechnology in their products: "Nanotechnology has enabled us to incorporate properties such as antibacterial protection, biodegradability, heat resistance, reduced weight, and enhanced durability into our plastic products."

Discussing the advantages of operating in the Aras Free Zone, Valian noted: "Being in this special economic zone has provided us with tax exemptions and proximity to international borders, facilitating exports to neighboring countries."

He concluded by emphasizing the company’s export-driven strategy, stating: "We are fully committed to expanding our exports. Currently, we have sales representatives in Pakistan and are actively working to establish distribution channels in Sweden and Belgium."
