Mahyar Socks has sold its nanotechnology-based products to variety of countries. Last year, its exports exceeded 1.5 million USD.
The company is planning to use Chitosan as an organic composition in its products. This technology can be used in infant and baby clothing which have more rigorous health standards.
Mahyar Co. is one of the first producers of antibacterial textile in Iran and is targeting a 5 million US Dollar export to the Asian and European countries for the next year.
