Knowledge based Sazeh Paydar Elahieh Company produces and markets all kinds of elastomeric roll insulations containing nanomaterials. This company has exported its products to Iraq and Persian Gulf countries and is negotiating to export to Armenia.

Sepahvand, the production manager of Sazeh Paydar Elahieh Company (Linkran Industrial Group) says: "The insulations we produce use Nanotechnology, which can prevent the transfer of heat, cold and sound due to the nanostructure of these insulations."Mohammad Javad Azizli, director of research, development, and innovation of Sazeh Paydar Elahieh Company, says: "These Nano insulations can be used wherever heat and sound transmission is concerned. "Using these insulators can help in energy storage ."This product used to be imported, but now it is produced by this knowledge-based company and even exported. Taremi, one of the company's researchers, says: "We are currently exporting to Iraq and the Persian Gulf countries, and we are also negotiating to export to Armenia."These insulators can be used in different areas such as buildings and can reduce the transmission of sound and heat in structures to their minimum value. Elastomeric rubber foam is resistant to high heat, water, and steam, and at the same time, it is resistant to ultraviolet rays. The coefficient of heat transfer is the most important feature of insulation. The combination of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber with polyvinyl chloride makes PVC flexible and NBR ozone-resistant. Insulators reduce the thermal expansion and contraction and cause the structural integrity of the building. Damage and reduced lifespan is a problem often experienced by uninsulated buildings. In addition, buildings with proper insulation are less at risk of fire because insulation prevents the spread of fire and smoke and reduces its risk. Also, in general, the lack of insulation in the building and its improper insulation cause many problems, such as increasing energy costs, humidity and condensation, increasing noise, and the risk of fire. Proper insulation and ensuring that it is done will make the residents comfortable and safe.
The value of energy consumed in Iran is estimated at 20 billion dollars, and according to official statistics, a quarter of this energy can be optimized.
