The Director of Iran’s National Laboratory Network highlighted the strategic role of the IranSakht Exhibition of Laboratory Equipment, Materials, and Advanced Testing as a key national platform for presenting the country’s scientific and technological capabilities.
Amir Younesian noted that the event provides an important opportunity to showcase domestic production capacity, facilitate knowledge exchange among experts, and strengthen the national ecosystem of laboratory services and homegrown equipment. For this reason, the National Laboratory Network is participating this year with a broader and more diverse group of member laboratories.
According to Him, at the 13th edition of the exhibition, the National Laboratory Network will be present through a centralized pavilion hosting 23 member laboratories, located in Hall 40 (Laboratories Zone). Each participating laboratory will introduce its specialized services, advanced equipment, flagship projects, and recent technological achievements.
In addition to the main pavilion, seven member institutions are participating with independent booths, allowing visitors to gain a more comprehensive view of the network’s overall capacity. This diversity of participation formats, Younesian explained, helps demonstrate the full scope and depth of laboratory capabilities across the country.
He also emphasized the Network’s supportive role in empowering member laboratories. Laboratories that have officially registered and reserved booths in the Laboratories Zone can apply for financial support through their laboratory dashboard and receive up to 50 percent of booth rental costs. The aim is to ensure that capable laboratories can participate without barriers and effectively present their services and equipment.
Younesian added that one of the Network’s key missions at this year’s exhibition is to actively promote and publicize the capabilities of participating centers, helping them gain greater visibility and identify new collaboration opportunities. During the exhibition, the Network’s booth will also host the signing of cooperation agreements among member institutions. In addition, laboratory managers and experts may arrange in-person meetings with Network representatives through prior coordination with the Network Secretariat.
In conclusion, Younesian stressed that the IranSakht Exhibition is a major opportunity to present the true capabilities of Iran’s laboratory community. The National Laboratory Network is participating at full capacity to support its members in achieving greater visibility, fostering constructive industry engagement, and forming new collaborative partnerships.
The 13th IranSakht Exhibition of Laboratory Equipment, Materials, and Advanced Testing will be held from December 13 to 16, 2025, at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, across Halls 31 (Milad), 40, and 44 (Persian Gulf).
