Previously, Besta Nano Fanavaran Fidar had successfully utilized nanobubble technology to treat industrial wastewater. Following the widespread media coverage of this scientific achievement, Ava Protein Capital took the initiative to adopt this innovative technology.
The management of Ava Protein Capital stated, "We came across news in the media reporting that an Iranian knowledge-based company had succeeded in treating industrial wastewater using nanobubble technology. Since we were facing similar challenges, we began negotiations to implement this technology."
The technical team from Besta Nano Fanavaran Fidar explained, "Nanobubbles collapse after being introduced into the wastewater, transferring their energy to the water. This energy helps break down fats and macromolecules, facilitating effective treatment."
The executive team from Besta Nano Fanavaran Fidar added, "In the mechanical fat-removal process, nanobubbles cause fat particles to cluster and rise to the surface of the water, enabling easy removal of these clusters and fats."
The wastewater treatment system utilizes multiple nanotechnology innovations. According to Besta Nano Fanavaran Fidar, "Nanotechnology-based epoxy materials were used to design long-lasting storage tanks. Additionally, nano-ozone technology was incorporated into the system to minimize microbial contamination."
Ava Protein Capital produces approximately 400,000 liters of wastewater daily. With the establishment of this nanotechnology wastewater treatment plant, the company has significantly reduced its environmental impact. The treated water is now reusable in the company's production processes.
