The Institute for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (INST) of Sharif University of Technology founded the biennial conferences on Nanostructures with the special support of Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council (INIC) in 2006 after a timely perception of the need of scientific and technological society to interact, exchange and discuss the newfangled fields of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology which had been experiencing fast progress.
The 8th international conference on Nanostructures (ICNS8) will be held virtually with the presence of some of the world's top researchers in November 18-20, 2020.
Keynote speakers will include Professor Jean-Marry Lane, winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry from France, Professor Justin Gooding from the University of New South Wales, Australia, Professor Thakur from Johns Hopkins University, USA, Professor Wong from the University of Hong Kong, and Professor Terry Adam from New Western University, USA.
