The Secretariat of the 3rd International Student Nanotechnology Olympiad (INO 2026) has received 25 proposals during the national selection stage of the competition.
The national selection call for INO 2026 was launched with a focus on Nanomedicine, providing an opportunity for Iranian university students and young researchers to present innovative ideas and solutions in the field of nanobiotechnology.
Following the completion of the submission period, a total of 25 proposals were received by the executive secretariat. The submitted projects cover a range of topics in nanomedicine, including nanomaterials for wound healing, targeted drug delivery, cancer diagnosis and treatment, biosensors, nanotherapeutics, and advanced biomedical platforms.
The proposals will undergo an expert evaluation process based on the criteria defined by the INO 2026 national selection committee. Following the evaluation and selection stages, the winning team will be selected to represent Iran at the 3rd International Student Nanotechnology Olympiad (INO 2026).
The international event is scheduled to be held in Taiwan in December 2026, bringing together student teams from different countries to compete and present innovative nanotechnology-based solutions in the field of nanomedicine.
The INO 2026 selection program is organized with the aim of identifying and supporting talented students, promoting innovation in nanotechnology, and strengthening the participation of young researchers in international scientific and technological competitions.
