The oxidation process of sulfide has become greener with the help of a nanocatalyst synthesized by a research group at University of Maragheh.
A research team at University of Maragheh synthesized a magnetic nanocatalyst which can be used in the oxidation of sulfides.
One of the main advantages of this product is that it can be removed from the process by a magnetic field. This makes the process very clean and environment-friendly. The catalyst is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
The results of this project are published in the Journal of Colloid and Interface Science with an impact factor of 5.
