Iranian researchers have successfully localized the technology for 3D bioprinting and the production of bioabsorbable bone implants. This advanced technology, previously monopolized by only a handful of countries, has now been applied in jaw, facial, and cranial surgeries for Iranian patients, placing Iran among the top three nations in the world in bioprinting.
