TEHRAN (INIC)- Islamic Azad University in Majlesi, Isfahan province, is slated to hold the International Conference on Materials Heat Treatment in Abbasi International Hotel of Isfahan from May 30 to 31, 2012 in a bid to create an opportunity for the presentation of progresses in the fields of research and development of industrial applications in heat treatment operations.

The scopes of the conference are as follows:

• Heat Treatments and Nanomaterials
• Heat Treatments on Metals and Metallic Nanomaterials
• Heat Treatments and Surface Engineering

Lecturers from the scientific boards and research centers of Turkey and Malaysia will participate in the conference. From Iran, Prof. Ahmad Saa'tchi, member of the Scientific Board of Isfahan University of Technology, Prof. Fakhroddin Ashrafizadeh and Prof. Mohammad Ali Golo'zar, members of the Scientific Board of Isfahan University of Technology, Prof. Shamsoddin Mirdamadi, member of the Scientific Board of Iran University of Science and Technology, Prof. Mohammad Reza Meschiyan and Prof. Saeid Nateq, members of the Scientific Board of Sharif University of Technology, and Dr. Maryam os-Sadat Bozorg Tabar and Dr. Kamran Amini, members of the Scientific Board of Majlesi Branch of Islamic Azad University will deliver lectures.

University students and researchers can submit their papers to the secretariat of the conference by January 10, 2012. Registration without paper submission will be available by March 10, 2012.
